The house is in a prime location in the heart of Surf City, but on a quiet street with an easy walk to all. The outdoor shower, gas grill and yard are perfect for enjoying the island weather. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the heating and AC keep the atmosphere just right. This perfect spot invites you to unwind after a day of adventure or simply enjoy some quiet time. The converted garage recreation space is a great way to watch a baseball game, play games with friends, read and to relax and watch the slow summer days pass by.
