The expansive living room offers comfortable seating with three large sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), additional lounge chairs, and 75-inch TV — creating the perfect space for everyone to gather together while enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Neighborhood Overview:
Fin & Tonic is located in a residential area towards the south end of the island.
Within a mile or two, there is a Harris Teeter grocery store and several great restaurants such as Pogo’s Kitchen, Lagniappe, and Marche Burette. The Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort and Ritz Carlton are also close by – you can access some of their amenities such as restaurants, the “Shops at Amelia Island Plantation,” and the Ritz spa even though Fin & Tonic has no affiliation with them.
North of Fin & Tonic, you will find Main Beach which features the Salt Life and Sandbar Kitchen restaurants, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island`s downtown historic district is just a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. There you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.
Amelia Island State Park and the Big & Little Talbot State Parks are all located to the south of the house. Boneyard Beach in Big Talbot State Park is extremely unique and worth a trip.
Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island, making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.
Although Uber/Lyft are not very reliable on the island (we strongly recommend bringing a car), they are available through the app on your smartphone.
Bike rentals are available at `The Beach Store`. Riptide Watersports also delivers bikes and other beach gear.
Important Property Notes:
Dog-friendly for up to two dogs! We have a 50-pound weight limit per dog and all dogs must be approved prior to check-in. The pet fee is $250.
Parking: The house has parking for approximately 6 cars in the driveway (depending on the size of the cars). 3 additional cars will fit in the garage.
No parties, weddings, or large events allowed.
The door code will be provided prior to check-in. We live full-time on the island and are available to quickly address any concerns.
