📝 Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, guests must complete the required Enso Connect verification and rental agreement prior to check-in.
🪪 Photo ID Required: A valid photo ID must be presented and guests must sign in with the concierge at check-in. Entry cannot be granted without valid ID.
📸 Facial-Recognition Access: A selfie is required to register for the building`s secure facial-recognition entry system.
👔 Building Dress Code: Proper attire is required in common areas. Attire such as excessive body exposure, durags, bonnets, undershirts worn as outerwear, ski masks, or other attire that does not meet building standards may result in denied entry.
🚫 No Firearms: Firearms are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, even with a valid permit or license to carry.
💳 $350 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages and incidentals. The deposit is returned after checkout if no applicable charges occur, less a $15 processing fee.
