Supermarket 200 m, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach "Playa de Aro" 20 m pebble beach "Cala Sa Cova" 2.8 km. Nearby attractions: parque Acuatico Aquadiver 3 km, Parque Infantil PP'S 800 m, Port d'Aro 2.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
