Sommes arrivés à 16h à l'agence pour récupérer les clés, 10 mn en voiture de notre réservation, pass et code ne fonctionne pas pour rentrer dans le logement ?? Arrivés à 18h30 de notre agent pour enfin nous ouvrir les portes, visite du logement avec l'agent, et là, bordel total dans l'appartement, aucun ménage de fait, lits, vaisselle, serviettes trainant par terre, problème de communication nous informe l'agent qui disparaît, arrivés à 19h45 de la femme de ménage ??? Entre le temps passé dans la rue a attendre l'agent et le temps passé à espérer que quelqu'un vienne faire le ménage, nous avons passé plusieurs coups de téléphone à l'agence qui nous ont pris pour des !!! Je ne recommande pas de passer par cette agence !!
