About this house rental
Our "small" house is a former outbuilding, completely renovated, of a family castle built in the 18th century in the commune of Montagny (Loire).
Our house has a living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a wood stove for the long winter evenings.
Surrounded by a 7ha park, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with all modern comforts and a superb view of the village of Montagny.
The accommodation
On the first floor:
- 1 living room with a wood stove, very pleasant in winter! The sofa can offer an extra bed (sofa bed 1 person).
- 1 fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook
- 1 WC
- 1 guest bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds 90 x 200 which can be pushed together to make 1 double bed) with private bathroom. A desk is available in this room for teleworkers!
On the 1st floor:
- 1 WC
- 1 master bedroom (140 x 200) with bathroom (bath / shower)
- 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed (3 beds: 90 x 200)
1 baby cot is present in the accommodation.
Towels/sheets are provided.
By booking our accommodation you will also have access to the entire park of the castle (7 hectares), at the swimming pool and the children's playground (trampoline and swing).
Horses and cows are present in the park to the delight of young and old alike!
