Just steps from the private sandy beaches and the acclaimed Seabrook Island Beach Club and Clubhouse, this property is an ideal beach escape for families or friends looking to relax and enjoy the island lifestyle.
Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming. The layout is designed for convenient vacation living, making it easy to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together. A well stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze and opens to the living area. The living space features comfortable seating, a TV, vaulted ceilings, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. This area opens to a large balcony, which is a guest favorite. The balcony is an ideal space to lounge, enjoy a Lowcountry sunset, or dine al fresco under the stars.
The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area for enhanced privacy. The first bedroom features a plush queen bed, a TV, and a bathroom. The second guest bedroom features two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is comfortable space for up to 6 guests.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included.
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the home for your convenience. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup carafe coffee pot is on site. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award winning golf. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The Lakehouse fitness center and indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The Seabrook Island Property Association charges a gate pass fee of $45 per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Please note that LSV golf carts are not allowed at this property.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper Management & Vacation Rentals. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just a short drive away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and monies paid by the traveler. The Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states prohibiting the traveler or guests in the traveler's group from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories, but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY. No events or parties are allowed.
