The Atrium Villas are directly across the street from The Beach Club. Home to two ocean front pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and Captain Sam's Grill. Grab an ice cream at the Osprey Cafe or browse through the Seabrook Shoppe. Next door to the Atrium Villas is the Island House. Here you will find the island's two 18-hole Champion golf courses, Pro Shop and restaurants.
Park your car in the covered ground floor garage and take an elevator up two flights to your villa. The villa boasts an open-concept layout, ideal for family gatherings or relaxing with friends. The kitchen has white cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops. Whether you're cooking a gourmet meal or preparing a quick snack, you'll have everything you need. The dining area features a beautiful dining table and chairs, with seating for six. It's the perfect spot for meals or games with loved ones. Enjoy bright natural light that flows throughout the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere in every corner.
The villa has two large bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. Both bedrooms are generously sized, each with its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a comfortable loveseat that also pulls out into a sofa bed, and a 55-inch TV. Open the sliding doors to let the waves lull you to sleep and enjoy the soft sea breeze. The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity, tile, lighting, toilet and beautiful shower, as well as a separate vanity area. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with two queen-size beds, a 55-inch TV, and direct access to the balcony's sitting area through sliding doors. The guest bathroom is also beautifully decorated with cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. The villa is equipped with a stackable LG washer and dryer and can be found behind one of the bedroom closets
This villa is perfectly located. Whether you are looking to enjoy the sandy beaches, relax under the sun at the Beach Club pools, golf on the spectacular courses, or just unwind while listening to the ocean, this home is where you'll want to be. Hop on a bike or a quick car ride takes you back to the top end of the island. Here you will find the Racquet Center with it's 15 Har-Tru courts and pickle ball; the Equestrian Center can arrange trail or beach rides for you; the Lake House has an outdoor pool and play ground plus a fitness center and indoor pool.
This villa is also dog friendly for up to (1) dog! Additional pet fee will apply.

The property has been recently renovated and is very nice. The kitchen has anything you might need. There was even a pie plate. I would stay there again.

Property itself was great!! The complex itself needs some work. Lots of noise in the mornings, garbage trucks, blowers and music at the pool. If the property wasn’t so great…I may complain. Will stay again…everything was fantastic!!

The villa has an excellent location with easy access to resort amenities and is only about 10 minutes from shops and restaurants. I recommend eating outside the resort, as dining prices on the property are quite high. A highlight was the wildlife—we enjoyed seeing deer, rabbits, and horses, which made the setting special.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance fell short. There was dust on surfaces, under the beds, and on ceiling fans, along with cobwebs in several rooms. The master bathroom shower drain was clogged, making that shower unusable. We found dog hair in the bed linens, dirty living room furniture that was hidden under decorative pillows, and outdoor rugs with a noticeable amount of mold.We chose not to contact the owner during our stay because we did not want our vacation interrupted by maintenance or housekeeping entering the home. These issues should have been addressed before guest arrival.We also had an uncomfortable interaction with the neighbor downstairs. We are a family of five with three children who were well-behaved, and we made every effort to be respectful. The neighbor came to our door to complain about noise and mentioned she deals with noisy vacation renters every week.Future guests should bring their own seasonings, coffee, and tea, as these items were not provided.Overall, the villa has potential due to its location and surroundings, but the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and neighbor situation impacted our experience.
