New for 2026: New to Outer Banks Blue. New 75" Smart TV and two new swivel chairs in the top-level living room. New yard games (volleyball, horseshoes, ladder ball, cornhole, and bocce ball). Mid-level queen bedroom upgraded to king bedroom. Refreshed decor throughout the property. Hot tub will be installed for 2027 rental season.

Walk just across the street (with a convenient crosswalk) to the Fifth Street beach access, take a dip in the private pool, or grill pineapple skewers at the grill on the pool deck. An outdoor shower is perfect for shaking the sand off your shoes after a long day on the sand.
