Whether you're gathering with family, visiting Raleigh for the weekend, or just need a comfortable place to land with your whole crew (furry friends included), we've got you covered.
Our open-concept layout features a large living room with a sectional sleeper sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table that extends to seat your whole group. The living room coffee table lifts to reveal board games, card games, and coloring supplies for the kids — perfect for family game night!
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, TV, walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, full-length mirror
- Bedroom 3: Two twin XL beds (can be pushed together to make a King upon request), full-length mirror
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed, full-length mirror
- Living Room: Sectional sleeper sofa
Additional air mattresses can be provided upon request
2 full baths with tub/shower
Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and a full-size fridge with ice/water dispenser. Dining table extends to accommodate larger groups. There are 6 seats, but additional chairs can be provided upon request.
Parking: Between both driveways, we can fit approximately 5 cars, plus street parking is available. Bring the whole caravan!
All pets welcome! No breed or size restrictions. Please note that there are other dogs in the neighborhood, so be mindful if your cat is outdoor-curious or if your pup doesn't get along well with others.
Pet fee:
• $75 for 1-2 pets
• $25 for each additional pet
Extras:
- Board games & card games in the coffee table
- Pear tree in the backyard — feel free to pick!
- Washer & dryer available with detergent provided
- Quarter-acre lot with front porch seating and back patio
Getting around:
• Less than 5 minutes to downtown Clayton (restaurants, shops, local spots)
• 10-minute walk to Food Lion (or a 5-minute drive)
• 10 minutes to Walmart
• 15 minutes to White Oak shopping center (Target, movie theatre, etc.)
• 20 minutes to Raleigh
• 40 minutes – 1 hour from RDU airport
The neighborhood is walkable and laid-back. You'll hear kids playing outside and the occasional neighbor gathering — it's that kind of street.
Clayton is a charming, up-and-coming town with great restaurants, a moderate nightlife, and an active local music scene — all while keeping that small-town, family-friendly feel. It's the perfect home base for exploring the Triangle area without the hustle of a big city.
