About this house rental
The meadow of Varengeville is a green, rural setting, 1.5 km from the village center, and very peaceful. Three houses are situated along the meadow path. The middle house is La Maison de Marguerite, which sleeps 6 people. The upper house is called "La Maison des Petites Bruyères" (another accommodation for 8 people). At the bottom is another house, occupied year-round.
The meadow is completely open, offering a beautiful view of the valley.
La Maison de Marguerite, a completely renovated old barn, features a lovely living space consisting of a living room with a large fireplace (wood provided) and a piano, and a dining room/kitchen separated by old timber framing. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a small freezer, an oven and a two-burner electric stove, a microwave, a double sink, a dishwasher, and a classic drip coffee maker. It opens onto a small entryway/cloakroom.
There is a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Beyond the living room is a comfortable bedroom (with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a small desk).
Upstairs, a short flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms: one with two 90 x 190 cm beds and an additional mattress (for a child), and the other with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a sink.
The garden features a gravel terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers. A ping-pong table and a swing set are available for guests of all ages.
The beds are made upon arrival.
