Nestled amidst native pines with spectacular vistas of Port d'Andratx, this historic 1955 property is enviably positioned within a brief stroll of the marina's vibrant restaurants. The estate’s upper terrace is an entertainer's dream, featuring a secluded swimming pool complemented by an outdoor bathroom. Adjacent to this is a superb al fresco dining and barbecue space, which functions as a second, completely independent kitchen; it is furnished with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and its own dedicated set of kitchenware. The expansive front area of the home is designed to maximize the impressive harbor scenery, creating a wonderful feeling of openness.

Inside, the villa exudes a warm, traditional character, providing a comfortable sanctuary for as many as nine people. A classic, vintage-style kitchen is well-appointed for your stay with a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, while a guest toilet is available on the main floor for convenience. The sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged for families. A master suite with a large double bed and a separate twin bedroom each benefit from private en suite bathrooms. For larger family groups, a perfect private wing is formed by two interconnected bedrooms, containing a total of four single beds, which share a family bathroom. An additional en suite bedroom is situated near the kitchen.
This villa’s elevated hillside setting provides both seclusion and magnificent views over the sea and the harbor of Port d'Andratx. The town itself, a celebrated jewel of southwest Mallorca, is known for its chic ambience and deep-rooted fishing traditions.

Though the port does not feature a sandy beach, the exquisite bays of Camp de Mar and Cala Llamp are a brief drive away. These nearby coves offer crystalline waters, premier golf courses, and exclusive beach clubs for your enjoyment.

Adjacent to the pool is a marked-off area that serves as the main house roof and should not be walked upon. Please supervise children to ensure they do not cross into this specific zone.
