About this apartment rental
This luxurious vacation home and its outdoor area are beautifully designed. Surrounding the pool, which features a convenient staircase for entry, are various spots offering breathtaking views—such as the comfortable lounge or the daybed. You also have a wonderful panoramic view from the dining table on the covered terrace behind the arched openings. The integrated summer kitchen, complete with an electric grill, is perfect for preparing meals. A balcony on the upper floor rounds out the outdoor living options. A sauna is also available in the outdoor area of this vacation home in Mallorca.
The exceptionally elegant villa is also very spacious inside. As a result, it offers a high degree of privacy even when fully occupied. A pleasant abundance of light streams in through windows that are floor-to-ceiling in some places. At the same time, you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view from inside as well. Sophisticated furniture, columns, natural stone elements, dramatic lighting, and artistic decor create an exceptionally stylish atmosphere. The house spans two floors. On the first floor are the large kitchen with an adjoining dining area and the living room, where the fireplace serves purely decorative purposes. A double bedroom with an en suite bathroom is also located on this floor. Four additional spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, are located on the upper floor. You can enjoy moments of sensual relaxation in the Jacuzzi in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The luxury home is equipped with air conditioning and radiant floor heating, making it comfortable to live in year-round.
