The apartment, accommodating up to two people, is approximately 40 square meters and located on the ground floor of our house. It has a separate entrance and features roller shutters, underfloor heating, and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) with a dining area.

The living area with seating leads to a covered terrace furnished with garden furniture. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A free parking space on our property is also included. Bicycles can be stored under our carport.
