Here, you can relax beside the private 9 x 3.5 meter swimming pool, unwind on the comfortable sun loungers, and enjoy spectacular views of the sea, Calpe, and the surrounding landscape. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a premium Green Egg barbecue, makes alfresco dining effortless, while the spacious dining area provides the perfect setting for long summer evenings with family and friends.
Large sliding doors open directly from the pool terrace into the bright and modern open-plan living space, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fresh bean coffee machine, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area and a comfortable lounge with seating for six guests and a Smart TV. A guest toilet is conveniently located off the hallway.
The villa is spread across two levels connected by an internal staircase. On the lower floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views and are each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features a ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, as well as access to a very large private balcony furnished with a comfortable lounge sofa.
