Welcome to Rocky Docky Country Estate – your special holiday home in the Allgäu region. This lovingly restored historic country house is situated in a peaceful, natural setting near Waltenhofen in the Allgäu Lake District, just a short walk from Lake Niedersonthofen. Surrounded by meadows and with views of the Allgäu mountains, you'll find plenty of space to unwind, breathe deeply, and enjoy yourself.
On 220 m² of living space and in a private garden of approximately 1,000 m², you can spend undisturbed holidays with family, grandparents, or friends. The entire holiday home is exclusively yours and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Five bedrooms await you: three double rooms and a family room with a connecting door, consisting of another double room and an adjoining twin room with two single beds.
Two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a rustic living room with a wood-burning stove, and cozy living areas offer plenty of space for spending time together. After a day of hiking, swimming, or skiing, the private sauna and wellness area invites you to relax.
Our sleeping box in the garden offers a special experience – for a night under the stars and a view of the clear Allgäu night sky.
