About this house rental

This vacation home is situated near Oberreute in a quiet location right next to the famous Hausbachklamm gorge, very close to the spa town of Oberstaufen and surrounded by the beautiful Allgäu countryside. The comfortably furnished house is for self-catering (bread roll and party service possible). It has 9 rooms and offers space for groups of 10 to 50 people. The vacation home has a fast WLAN connection and is easy to reach by car or coach. The basic price per day includes 20 overnight stays or beds. The wellness area can be booked separately on site. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. There is a garage for bicycles and a charging station for electric bicycles. Charging the electric car costs 15 euros.

Leisure facilities:

Summer: sun terrace with barbecue/smoker, playground, volleyball, barbecue area with campfire, heated outdoor pool in Oberreute, tennis courts, riding stables, mini golf, 50 km of hiking trails, cycle paths, mountain bike, basketball hoop

Winter: Cross-country skiing / skiing in the areas of Steibis, Balderschwang, Hoch-Häderich, Mellau-Damüls, Oberstdorf, Oberjoch / thermal baths with sauna in Oberstaufen

Excursion destinations: Lake Constance (30km-30min) / Bregenz (26km-30min) / Oberstdorf (45km-45min).

Please note: It is not possible to rent our house for graduation parties of schools or similar. If the premises are very dirty, we reserve the right to increase the final cleaning fee to 250 euros.
