From the entrance hall of the house, which provides access to three bedrooms, you enter the spacious living area. This area includes a large lounge with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a television, and access to the pool terrace via large sliding doors. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with a large glass table and seating for eight, also with large sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. Cooking is a pleasure in the well-equipped, generously sized kitchen, which borders the living area. A door to the driveway allows for easy access to carry groceries directly from the car into the kitchen. The kitchen leads into another dining room with wooden furniture. From there, large glass doors open to the outdoor dining area, nestled beneath a charming, wooden pergola. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The second dining room also provides access to the second sleeping wing, comprising two interconnected bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. As these two bedrooms are directly connected by a door, they are ideal for a family with young children. This area can also be accessed through its own front door, and the rear room via an extra door from the garden, if desired.
