Centrally located in Saldanha, a neighborhood bustling with commercial activity, featuring numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and businesses. A dynamic neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural amenities, making it a popular and lively area to live in!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, large bay windows that flood the space with light, and the other with a single bed (convertible into a double bed) that also has a desk. Both equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout the year!

The apartment has two modern bathrooms with shower.

The living room, bright and cozy, has a comfortable sofa, TV and air conditioning, providing the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Additionally, it has a dining table for 4 people to share delicious meals.

An office equipped with a comfortable desk and AC. Also equipped with a mirror and wardrobe, you can convert this space into a dressing room!

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city, central but at the same time peaceful. The apartment is privileged with the '' Saldanha '' metro station, which is just a few steps away, leading to Lisbon Center or anywhere in the city within minutes. The nearest supermarket is around 300 meters away and there are numerous quality shops and restaurants around the property. The Russian Embassy and the Instituto Superior Técnico are a 5-minute walk away, and within a 15-minute walk you can reach the famous Gulbenkian Museum and also the historic Marquês de Pombal Square, located between Parque Eduardo VII and Avenida da Liberdade.
Here you will find everything you need, namely supermarkets, shops, shopping mall, restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood is truly magnificent: full of life during the day and calm and quiet at night.
Metro: The closest metro stations are Arroios Metro Station, which is serviced by the Green Line (Linha Verde) and Saldanha Metro Station (Red Line). Both are around a 10 minutes walk from the apartment and connect Arroios to different areas of the city.
Bus: Several bus routes pass through or near Rua Ilha Terceira, providing connections to different neighborhoods and attractions across Lisbon. The bus network is extensive, offering flexibility and convenience for getting around the city.
Tram: While trams may not directly serve Rua Ilha Terceira, nearby tram stops provide access to iconic tram routes such as Tram 28, which travels through historic neighborhoods like Alfama and Graca.
Train: The nearest train station, Roma-Areeiro, may require a walk of about 30 minutes or a metro ride. However, Lisbon's train network provides connections to destinations outside the city, including suburban areas and neighboring towns.
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
