GETTING TO THE MOUNTAIN
Both canyon mouths are less than five minutes from the driveway, which is hard to find anywhere else in the valley. Snowbird is 15 minutes, Alta and Solitude 20, Brighton 25, and Park City about 30. You can check the snow report over breakfast, decide which canyon looks better, and still make first chair.
Summer is quieter and just as good. Ferguson Canyon, Bell Canyon Falls, and Storm Mountain are all within ten minutes for hiking and climbing, and the canyon roads draw cyclists from all over the country. Downtown Salt Lake is 20 minutes, the airport 25.
WALK TO ALMOST EVERYTHING
Cupla Coffee, a grocery store, a gas station, a barber, Jersey Mike's, and Ve La Thai Fine Dining are all a short walk away. Most rentals this close to the mountains put you in the car for every small thing. Here you can unload once and leave it parked.
It's also a five-minute walk to the park and ride where you catch the bus up the Cottonwood canyons.

Our other townhome is directly next door, same layout and same amenities. Book both and you have room for 16 with two kitchens, two hot tubs, and two separate front doors. Each family keeps its own space and its own bedtime instead of sharing bathrooms in one oversized house. Message us and we will hold both and work out a group rate.

Three bedrooms with a king and two queens, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, and 400 Mbps WiFi if someone has to work a day. There's dedicated storage for skis, boards, and bikes so gear isn't stacked in the entryway.
The backyard is fenced and private, with a grill and the hot tub. Cook dinner outside after a long day, then get in the tub while the air cools off and the light drops behind the Wasatch. That's the part guests bring up most.
