About this apartment rental
Bach style accommodation over two stories. Simple older house with all the basics and location for a lovely holiday. Ideally suited for a couple of families or a group of friends. Great base for winter skiing or summer adventure.
The space
This is a holiday home with six bedrooms (2 upstairs, 3 downstairs and one in a sleepout). There are two bathrooms and a good sized lounge. This house is great for a couple of families as there is enough space to gather or get away from each other.
The Arrowtown town centre is a 10 min leisurely stroll away and Queenstown is a 25 min drive. Three ski resorts within easy reach: Coronet Peak 20 minute drive, 45 min to Remarkables and about an hour to Cardrona.
What to expect? This is a simple home. During school terms we live here, so it is equipped with all the usual things you would expect, but we remove our personal belongings when you stay!
Lovely spa pool to relax in at the end of the day .

The entire house is yours. This is our home and we rent it out during holidays to assist funding our own trips. You are completely self contained and independent!
Other things to note
We expect the house to be left in a tidy condition when you leave.
Our cleaners come in to clean the house, but we do expect you to leave it tidy - so please wash up and put away all dishes, put all rubbish into the bins, put any furniture you move back where you found it and clear up any spills or mess your group makes.
