Great location very close to the centre of Arrowtown Property was very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable furnishings. Lovely modern bathroom. No central heating so chilly but the portable heaters were helpful.
Couldn’t figure out how to work the TV - smart TV with Apple TV which we were not familiar with, but no instructions anywhere. Not enough light in the kitchen (cooker hood lights not functioning). No tea towels for drying crockery.

Position, lay out and facilities were good. Well equipped and clean. The host was very helpful and easily contacted.
Appreciate there is not much that can be done but the toilet and bathroom were a bit out of the way. Not a criticism, just an observation.

THe location was perfect - right downtown with easy access to everything. The house has three levels with quite steep stairs, one bathroom and bedrooms on each floor. There was everything we needed in both the bathroom and kitchen. The couches were comfy. Tim was a great host and checked in and was easy to contact. Thanks Tim.
Our bed was very doughy. I know it would be hard to please everyone with mattresses, but it was too soft for us. The kids liked their beds though. The floor boards were very creaky...not much can be done about that. The neighbour's dogs yapped a lot.
