Duff`s Cottage is a beautifully renovated, fully equipped retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. This spacious, light-filled home preserves its historic character while offering modern amenities.

Open-plan living area: Unwind by a traditional wood burner on cold nights, with faux fur throws and velvet stools for luxury. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth sound system.
North-facing aspect & double glazing: Ensures warmth and comfort year-round.
Indoor-outdoor flow: Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to a private deck, perfect for al fresco dining and a safe play area for children.
Large, fully equipped kitchen: Ideal for entertaining with a six-burner gas cooker, large oven, new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast counter seating three.
Dining area: A dedicated dining table perfect for groups and families.
Three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin beds
Room-darkening shades: For a restful night`s sleep in all bedrooms.
Two generous bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Bath and shower
Bathroom 2: Shower and convenient laundry facilities.
Family-friendly amenities (available upon request): High chair and pack `n play/travel crib.
1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside, and use the coasters provided.
4. Outdoor balconies must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.

We stayed two nights in this lovely home. It is well appointed, modern and tastefully decorated. All rooms were spotlessly clean and we were provided with everything we needed (e.g., kitchen goods, toiletries). We used both the washing machine and dryer which worked well. We did have difficulty accessing free-to-air TV.
A great place, we'd definitely recommend it to others.
