The CATALINA LIFE Vacation Rental is affectionately described as the cute house on Clemente with the blue shutters. It’s a spacious 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2-full bath family and pet friendly townhome located “on the flats” sits among Avalon’s cottages.

A 2-Story, 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, 986 sq ft., spacious, family and pet friendly townhouse. Spanish, Catalina tile & hardwood floors make way to comfortable quality furnishings and decor.

1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 full bathroom downstairs with luxury towels, soaps and full size hair products. Tankless hot water heater.

1) $195 Housecleaning Fee.
While you are asked to leave the house neat and tidy Ponce Management cleaning and maintenance do a 3-4 hour deep clean between all guests, and
2) a 12% Avalon City Tax (TOT)
Terry Dunlavy, my cohost and property manager, and I provide personal services 24/7, we can provide help through the VRBO message system, text/call me on my cell or in-person visits at the house. Our attention to detail & care throughout the process, “throughout your stay” and following is 24/7.
