Floor-to-ceiling windows from the living area open onto the "cold" conservatory, where another comfortable seating area invites you to relax. Two small bedrooms and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and walk-in shower complete the apartment. There is also a spacious terrace with a small garden, including garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and a barbecue cart.
