Lodge was quirky, right on the water. The staff were all lovely. Nice picturesque location.
A bit too isolated for us ( my fault, I should have done more research).
Bakery and mini Market not great. VERY minimal supplies. Lovely cakes and rolls on display, but flies and wasps all over them. Woman behind the counter didn't seem bothered by this.
Cash wanted in bakery and boat hire, but closest atm a 10 minute drive away.
No mirror in main bedroom and no storage space in kids room ( no wardrobe or drawers)or in kitchen ( for food).

Good for families - great playroom that our toddler loved, small but very warm kids’ swimming pool, kids’ options on the menu. The house we rented was very clean and tastefully decorated. There are lots of stunningly beautiful lakes a short drive away.
We paid €235 for a night in a two bed apartment. For this, you don’t even get teabags, coffee or cooking oil in the kitchen (breakfast wasn’t included and would have cost €22 per adult / €11 per child. There are not many shops nearby so it was hard to stock up. Though the place was nice enough, I thought it was seriously overpriced for what it offers.
