Dissapointing

Long opening hours for pool and sauna

The pool was dirty (milky), with floating hair and bandade the toilets smelled really bad, the whirlpool didn't function, there was no information about it, the showers in the spa were cold, the water in the slide ice cold, there were four garbage bags in front of our door, unless icy roads, there was no salting/sanding. Personal looked not professional (uncomed hair, no smile).

Lodge was quirky, right on the water. The staff were all lovely. Nice picturesque location.

A bit too isolated for us ( my fault, I should have done more research). Bakery and mini Market not great. VERY minimal supplies. Lovely cakes and rolls on display, but flies and wasps all over them. Woman behind the counter didn't seem bothered by this. Cash wanted in bakery and boat hire, but closest atm a 10 minute drive away. No mirror in main bedroom and no storage space in kids room ( no wardrobe or drawers)or in kitchen ( for food).

Beware of the rats!!

The location is great, has nice pools for kids and play area.

We saw a rat eating away food from our kitchen counter late night. As we had a small kid with us there was no sleep for any of us the whole night. We always stay at precise bad saarow and love it there. We thought we would get a similar experience here but we were obviously wrong. What hurt most was not the rat itself but the indifference of the glasses wearing receptionist when we told her this. She acted as if i did not say anything. Not even a "Oh!". Just carried on like nothing happened.. Just unacceptable behaviour. I will never visit this place again. Its a shame because being so close to berlin we thought it could be a nice get away for the weekends.

Pleasant stay, great breakfast, nice location. Value for money.

We had a pleasant stay, due to a small fire ton the day of arrival, the restaurant was closed and breakfast canceled. An alternative for breakfast was provided. The second day we enjoyed the breakfast and it was excellent. Good resort at a good location.

Seriously overpriced

Good for families - great playroom that our toddler loved, small but very warm kids’ swimming pool, kids’ options on the menu. The house we rented was very clean and tastefully decorated. There are lots of stunningly beautiful lakes a short drive away.

We paid €235 for a night in a two bed apartment. For this, you don’t even get teabags, coffee or cooking oil in the kitchen (breakfast wasn’t included and would have cost €22 per adult / €11 per child. There are not many shops nearby so it was hard to stock up. Though the place was nice enough, I thought it was seriously overpriced for what it offers.

Amazing! A must visit place!

Well, I think this is the first time I feel like giving a 10/10. Our stay was too short but we manage to enjoy everything this beautiful place and facility offered. It is really beautiful place and everything is nicely organized, quiet yet not boring. The stuff is very friendly willing to help well trained and they speak English effortlessly. Everything is clean and spacious - public areas and room. A reply comfortable bed (although the pillow was not). you can enjoy walking around, exploring, spending time in the beautiful open space lounge or relaxing in the spa area. the restaurant offers a really satisfying variety of well prepared foods and desserts. The staff again is so friendly and professional. Next to it there is an Italian restaurant that was smelling so good - unfortunately we didn’t tried it. I really recommend a visit to both - the beautiful nature and the hotel. For sure we’ll visit it again and next time we’ll make sure we have more days to spend.

Family staying 4 days.

The room was super clean and smelled so nice, cleaning service was a top 10.(every day, the room would smell fresh and cleaned, after the cleaning service was there). There was a small welcome package with chocolates, tea, coffee, sparkled water, really nice detail. Reception ladies / guys are very polite and helpful with information. Breakfast was a buffet so it was enough. Access to pools and sauna was free of charge. Very quite place in general.

The waiters at the bar are very unorganized. Food at Pizzeria is way too overpriced , plus it was a deviation from italian food, personally i dont like deviations (which then are sold for italian food!! Not even close guys, try harder.) I'd say food in general here was overpriced. Bathrooms at the pools we're not so clean. We visited the pool 3 out of days , in different times of the day. ( Pools would get crowded, saunas too. There was no organizing here also. There are too many mosquitos, you need to fight during evening to eat or drink outside. (This was a deal breaker for me)

Great location and the Harbour is very pretty. The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious - great outside areas for waking and biking.

Good place surrounded by forest and lakes

We returned to Wolfsbruch marina because we really like the surroundings and think the resort is peaceful and pleasant. There are, however a few improvement points that would take this place from good to excellent.

The accommodation we had was outdated and some areas - particularly the kitchen - needed a makeover. We had a cabin that fitted 6 people but there were not enough sets of glasses, utensils etc.
