About this apartment rental
A modern and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests, located in a quiet area of Madrid with excellent access to the city center and close to the airport. Ideal for business travelers, families, or groups looking for a medium-term stay. The apartment features two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a private parking space for one car.
Important: We do not accept tourist stays. Reservations are only available for work, study, healthcare, or other legally accepted temporary reasons. Before check-in, guests must provide documentation proving the purpose of their stay and sign a temporary stay agreement. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the reservation being canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
Sleeping arrangements:
* Bedroom 1: Double bed (2 guests)
* Bedroom 2: Two single beds (2 guests)
* Living room: Sofa bed (1 guest)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals. Both bathrooms include a shower, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.
For your convenience, we provide two towels per guest, a cleaning kit, complimentary coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels. The apartment is equipped with an aerothermal system for both heating and cooling, ensuring comfort year-round.
The apartment has a total floor area of 65 m².
The property also features a community pool (open from June 13 to September 13) and a paddle tennis court.
Residents must comply with the community rules.
Please note that smoking is NOT allowed and pets are NOT permitted. In the event of noncompliance, we will impose penalties.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
