Welcome to this charming duplex apartment located near Madrid Airport and the Feria de Madrid. With its two-story design.
It sleeps up to 6 people and features a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower—the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Madrid, whether you’re here for business or pleasure.

The apartment has two floors. On the first floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower, the kitchen, and a chaise longue sofa bed that sleeps two people (140×200. On the upper level (2nd floor), there are two double beds measuring 140×200 and a full bathroom.
The property includes a garage.
We prefer to communicate via Airbnb.
Very convenient access by car via A-2 and M-21 or the M-22
There are two bus stops (EMT) 150 meters from the apartment that take you to the Canillejas metro station (bus 77), Line 5 with a direct connection to downtown (Gran Vía, Chueca) and another that takes you from Canillejas to the apartment (bus 88), with a bus stop at Avenida Fermina Sevillano 30.
Highways: A-2 and M-21.
Bus lines 77, 88, and 167 are a 5-minute walk away.
Bus lines 222, 223, and 224, an 8-minute walk away
Metro Line 5, Canillejas Station, 22 minutes
Metro Line 7, Metropolitano Station, 23 minutes
Smoking and parties are not allowed.
Please be quiet during nighttime quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The tenant is responsible for taking out the trash, which must be taken out after 8:00 PM when the trash bin is on the street (never inside the building)
The tenant must leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with kitchen utensils clean and free of food residue.
Two sets of keys are provided; loss will result in a charge of 40 euros for each set of keys not returned.
Keys must never be left in the lock; and the guest will be responsible for the locksmith’s fees.
Check-in time for the apartment is from 3:00 and can be done in person or via a security box depending on your arrival time
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence—especially those regarding the neighbors’ rest—will result in a 100-euro deduction from the security deposit.
