Large Modern Studio Apartment walk to White House

Super cute place. Excellent location, clean and inviting. I loved having the bed in the bay window allowing lots of natural light. Also, location was great. A block away from a coffee shop and very close to the Safeway grocery store.

The studio itself was absolutely adorable, well-designed, and a great value, which is why I ultimately left a higher rating than I initially planned. Unfortunately, the communication with the host was frustrating. She did not respond in a timely manner, and when I let her know that the parking code provided did not work, it took some time to get a response and for her to realize that I had been given the wrong code. That situation was stressful, especially because I was traveling and found it hard to prepare. I was also surprised to be told there was a $100 fee for bringing my dog, as the listing clearly stated that pets were included at no additional charge. At this time, I have not been charged for my pet, so I am not sure where the confusing was. Additionally, my parking request was never accepted. When I asked why my request continued to be denied, I did not receive a response. The property itself was lovely, and I really enjoyed the studio. If the communication and hosting experience had been different, I would definitely consider staying here again.
