Hotel M - bezkontaktní hotel

Příjemná lokalita v klidném centru Šternberku, krásné a čisté ubytování. Bezkontaktní příjezd a odjezd byl rychlý a bez zbytečného čekání. Pokoj byl pohodlný a upravený, vše fungovalo, jak mělo.

The breakfast is simple but quite good. Coffee is good, the selection is enough, don't expect anything fancy but it's a nice lovely breakfast you enjoy.

There was a sign that the elevator is broken, but it was actually working...

Check-in process is ok. Mattresses are on harder side (but ok to sleep on in the end), pillow comfortable. There was bit of nice church view from room. Location is fine, quite some things to do and see in wider radius (and decent driving roads). The price is I guess acceptable in Czech reality (but you will get much better value in Polish or Austrians hotels)

I wanted to give ok rating, but during breakfast on 29.09 I found milk connected to coffee machine completely spoiled... On top of that, during every morning, all yogurts, hams etc are kept out of fridge/any cooling plate during breakfast hours, so you better stick to koláč or precooked eggs... The rest is mixed - it looks like some parts were renovated (i.e.bathrooms), but other left unchanged from 30 years ago (i.e. carpets, windows). Windows had pretty bad sound insulation. Elevator was not working for first 4 days of stay (and after it was fixed, nobody bothered to remove "out of order" note glued on top of it). Attention to details is Pat a Mat level(i.e. the indicator of hot/cold water on shower tap is other way round). The room has very little decorations/cosiness (chairs/lamps/plants/whatever) - it's mainly bare walls, bed and TV stand. WiFi is working-ish, but not so well (i.e. for streaming content).
