Dostupnost, čistota, cena. Z Olomouce (hlavní nádraží) jede každou hodinu (aspoň o víkendu) vlak až do 11 hodin, takže ač je lokalita mimo centrum, dostat se dá krásně :)
Osobně nás to moc nerušilo, ale na patře je toho dost slyšet z ostatních pokojů. Pro citlivější to může být mínus.

Ochotna a příjemná paní,útulný a pohodlný pokoj s kuchyňkou za skvělou cenu,v restauraci vám udělají pizzu,prodávají i kopečkovou zmrzlinu,na které jsme si v horku pochutnali.
