Warsaw Urban Wola Apt - Parking & Balcony by Rentujemy

Great apartment in a fantastic location! The tram stop is nearby, and it takes only 10–15 minutes to get to the city center. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants around, while the street itself is quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean, with nice furniture and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and placed in a good location

I had a major issue contacting the host. I mostly received automated bot replies, which were unhelpful. There were no clear instructions on how to enter the building, leaving me stranded at the entrance for about 45 minutes while the automated replies kept repeating the same useless information. Luckily, another resident entered, and I was able to ask them for help. I encountered the same issue with the parking. It wasn't a standard parking space; it required using a car lift, but no instructions were provided on how to operate it, which caused another significant headache.

Good flat in a nice location

I rented this flat for my parents on their city visit. The host doesn't reply to messages on booking.com and redirects all communication to their web site. The check-in process requires to fill in some form and provide photos of your documents. A 500zl security deposit is blocked on your card. Parking space in the garage is very low and the car did not fit.
