The location, the area is good, the restaurants are good nearby, the transport stop is right near the apartment, cozy, there is everything you need

There are no cleaning facilities

The studio is really nice and clean, it has everything you need for a longer stay (kitchen, washing machine, etc) The location is also pretty nice.

There is no AC in the room, so I had to sleep with the open windows and there’s a very loud highway right infront of the building. So sleeping was a bit of an issue. The building hallways smell like shawarma, cause there’s a shawarma cafe downstairs. The pillows could have been better, they have zero support

The apartment furnitures quite well just like normal hotel room, and the minikitchen area is with cooking/dinning stuffs, and even simple spice.

The check-in introduction from staff is not that clear. Actually they have two entrance door and depends on the room you get, the route you follow will be different. But they don’t have clear explanation. And when I went to the wrong way and tried to connect with the staff, they said it very easy just like “ you got to the wrong way”but not guiding me to the right way until I asked other people in that building then fix by myself. I think you should make the check-in info more detailed. And also plz trained the staff to offer the solution actively.

No A/C, spended extra euros for double bed, but they just but they just pushed two beds together to make it look like one-double bed. They giving you wrong door entery codes to the room, then you have to call and be nervous to give me new door entery codes. Most hotels check in at 12/2 pm, but here it's strictly only at 4 pm. If you arrive at 1 pm, you have to scramble into the city with your suitcases and bags.Cleanliness 5/10, only new towels and bedding. The walls are dirty, the floors are full of dust, I even started getting a dust allergy.
