Beach Villas #101 is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom open-concept condo overlooking the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bayside and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side. Located on the highly desirable north end of the island, this first-floor unit offers both convenience and comfort.
Beautiful tiled flooring runs throughout the condo, leading into thoughtfully appointed spaces featuring three TVs, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, cozy beds, and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for both extended stays and quick getaways.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the guest bedroom offers two double beds, and the living area includes a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as on-site open and covered parking for a hassle-free stay.
Step outside to enjoy the beachfront heated pool or gather at the BBQ grilling area. Just steps from your door, you'll find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach along with a peaceful nature preserve featuring boardwalks and scenic trails. A short walk or trolley ride takes you to the lively downtown area, local shops, restaurants, and island activities!
