One of the beds is a split king with adjustable bases that can also be made up as 2 twin beds.

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the home's modern coastal design and tasteful curb appeal. The ground floor includes a spacious entryway, a garage and a recreation room and you can take a flight of steps or an elevator to reach the living space on the second floor. There is a door at the top of both flights of steps that can be left open as a traditional stairway or the doors can be kept closed to enhance privacy between the 2 living floors. Parking for up to 4 cars is available onsite.

The main living level features a spacious open layout with wide open views of the bay. Down the hallway, the first bedroom on the left offers a king bed with a twin trundle underneath, a private balcony with Gulf views, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful tub/shower combo. Across the hall, the second bedroom features a king bed with an adjustable base, large walk-in closet, Smart TV and an ensuite bath with a large no threshold walk-in shower, which includes a fold down teak bench. This room also has a sliding interior window that opens to the living space, perfect for providing a bay view, but it also includes sound deadening glass and a shade for full privacy when desired. There is also a convenient half bath off the hallway.

The open-concept living room includes a 75” QLED smart TV and expansive sliding glass doors that open a full 24' and lead to a spacious screened lanai with stunning bay views. The lanai includes a table for six, a comfortable outdoor seating area, and a full grill, ideal for al fresco meals and lounging. The adjacent kitchen includes brand-new appliances, a full-size fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The gorgeous, oversized quartzite island offers seating for eight. An enclosed pantry offers storage for dry goods and small appliances including a slow cooker, crockpot, Keurig coffee machine, electric fry pan, hot air popcorn maker, Fry Daddy deep fryer, rice cooker, Ninja coffee maker and Vitamix blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the hallway in a nearby closet.

Head upstairs to the third floor, where you'll find even more luxurious living! The third bedroom is located to the left of the hallway and features a specialty adjustable base split king bed that can be separated into two twin beds if preferred, a walk-in closet, and smart TV. This room also includes a private balcony with Gulf views and an ensuite bathroom. Across the hall, the fourth bedroom features a king bed (adjustable base), walk-in closet, Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a large no threshold walk-in shower with a fold down teak bench. This room includes a sliding window that opens to the living space, perfect for providing a bay view and staying connected with family and friends. This sliding window also includes sound deadening glass and a shade for full privacy when desired. A second half bath is located off the hallway for convenience.

The third floor living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, comfortable seating and a 75” QLED smart TV (excellent for watching sports!). The living area on this floor also opens up 24' with a pocketing slider to a 420 sf covered lanai that offers one of the most spectacular unobstructed views on the island! This upper lanai includes a dining table for six, lounge chairs, a second gas grill, a cozy outdoor couch and a fire table - perfect for relaxing in the sub-tropical breeze. This floor also features a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, sink, dishwasher, toaster, Vitamix blender, drip coffee maker and air fryer. A second washer and dryer and pantry are located in nearby hallway closets.

On the ground level, guests can enjoy a spacious Hawaiian Blue private pool with ample loungers for sunbathing. Enjoy the private dock, which is available for fishing or securing a boat during your stay. Bay and Beach Blessing also includes a beautiful Hot Springs Grandee hot tub for relaxation at any time. Also on the ground level, you will find a recreational room (not temperature-controlled) that features a ping pong table and corn hole boards for some added fun! Bocce ball is also available for a fun beach game in addition to the portable corn hole set. The beach is located just across the street, offering the best of both bay and beach access.

Bay and Beach Blessing welcomes one non-shedding dog under 25 pounds with a $150 pet fee. Situated on the north tip of Fort Myers Beach, this home provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment while maintaining a quiet, upscale setting. This is the Only Bay Front home for rent north of the bridge and directly across the street from the beach and it is conveniently located 7/10's of a mile from Times Square and ¼ mile from the trails and beauty of Bowditch Park.
