This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is thoughtfully appointed for relaxing vacations with family, friends, and even your four-legged companions, as it is pet friendly. The kitchen features sleek stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor for added ease. Upstairs, the home offers three well-appointed bedrooms designed with comfort in mind. The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a private bath, creating a peaceful retreat to unwind. Two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for family or guests, making Nest at Great Egret an ideal home base for your coastal escape. Outside, enjoy quiet mornings or breezy evenings from the screened-in back porch, a perfect spot for coffee, reading, or simply enjoying the coastal air. Guests also have access to all of the amenities within Beau Coast, including a sparkling community pool, shared fire pit, and dock access—perfect for taking in sunsets or spending time by the water. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or an extended stay, Nest at Great Egret offers modern comfort in one of the Crystal Coast’s most charming waterfront communities. Bed Configuration: 1K, 4 Double Beds WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. The following dog breeds are prohibited: Akita, Chow Chow, Pit Bull (including Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, and Wolf Hybrids. Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added. VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. Other notes: Guests do not have access to the garage. -Pool Season is approximately, Mid-May – Mid-September • POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The pool deck opens at 9:00 am and the pool opens at 10:00 am. No swimming in the pool prior to 10:00 am. No smoking Property has outdoor cameras for security purposes only. Pets cannot exceed 25lbs. Guests can park two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. -Parking anything other than 2-axle cars/trucks is prohibited. So no trailers/boats
