The spacious deck is set up for taking it all in—morning coffee, afternoon sun, or evenings with the sound of the waves in the background.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience, including a residential elevator. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected when needed, but chances are you’ll be spending most of your time outside.

Downstairs, the outdoor bar creates a great hangout spot after a day on the beach, whether you’re rinsing off, relaxing with a drink, or just enjoying the breeze.


The beach is just steps away, with plenty of room to spread out, drive on, or spend the day swimming, fishing, or shell hunting.

Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Property Manager cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.
