Located in the heart of East Village at Copper Mountain Resort, this inviting mountain retreat combines slope-side convenience, comfort, and year-round adventure. Just a short walk to the Super Bee lift, you’ll enjoy quick access to skiing and snowboarding in winter, along with hiking, biking, and scenic chairlift rides in summer.
Ideal for families and small groups, this spacious condo features one bedroom plus a loft and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the loft provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for kids or additional guests.
After a day on the mountain, relax in the warm and welcoming living area with a cozy fireplace, large windows, and a private balcony with mountain views and fresh alpine air.
Guests also enjoy access to shared building amenities, including a hot tub, two saunas, and a community grill on the hot tub deck, ideal for après-ski unwinding or summer evenings outdoors. There is shared laundry on the first floor at the end of the hallway, it is coin operated.
Year-round, Copper Mountain offers something for everyone, from world-class skiing, tubing, and ice skating to golf, mountain biking, paddleboarding, live events, and family-friendly activities.
Additional conveniences include garage parking for one vehicle (7' clearance) plus one additional outdoor parking space, for a total of two parking spaces.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.
