Conveniently located two blocks from the local grocery store, shops and eateries, this 6 bedroom 4 bath, value duplex in great area for beach-goers. Peek-a-boo ocean view from the deck. The spacious downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath. The upper units queen master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom near the front of the property. 2 car parking.

Thirty seconds from one of the best beaches in the area, this value rental is ideal for the family looking to spend most of their time on the sand and in the surf. Conveniently located two blocks from the local grocery store, shops and eateries.
LIVING and DINING
After a long day in the sun, relax in the living area with cool tile accents. Sink into the lower units sofa – which converts to a sleeper - and enjoy your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. The upper unit living area faces the street, featuring a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests, and a balcony with peek-a-boo views of the sand.
Roomy enough to prepare everything from beach picnics to full feasts for dinner, the kitchen features cheerful white and blue tile and a full range of appliances. Large cabinets provide plenty of storage space for your groceries.
BED and BATH
The spacious downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The upper units queen master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom near the front of the property, and two guest bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is a shared full bathroom for the guest bedrooms upstairs. Both guest bedrooms have sliding glass doors which provide access to the shared rear deck.

Catch the bike path (boardwalk) right down the street. From there, it’s a quick ride to Newport Beach Pier for fishing and more shops and dining, and just 15 minutes more to Balboa Pier and the Fun Zone for family-friendly excitement.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
