The main level features a bright and welcoming open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room—perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day on the beach. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Upstairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a King bed, private connected bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV for added comfort. Each bedroom also includes a single rollaway bed stored in the closet, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The laundry area is also located on the upper level for your convenience.

Step outside after a day of sand and surf to rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, then fire up the gas grill for a casual evening meal at your coastal retreat.

Beach Access:
Located between 231–235 OBW. From the home, turn left and walk down the street to Boyd Street, turn right, cross Ocean Boulevard, and stroll through the charming tree-lined archway that leads directly onto the beach.

This home is pet friendly with payment of a pet fee, so your furry family members can join in on the vacation fun.
