Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living area with a clean, modern feel and an electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch for relaxing nights in. The layout is designed for easy group living, whether you’re gathering for meals, watching a movie, or unwinding after a day exploring Savannah. Step outside and enjoy one of the home’s best features — a huge private yard, perfect for relaxing, playing, or enjoying time together. The screened-in sitting room offers a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs, while the outdoor firepit creates the perfect setting for evening hangouts. Please note that the yard is currently not fully fenced due to nearby city construction.
Guests also have access to wonderful community amenities, including a swimming pool (available during the summer months), a scenic lake, and a fishing deck—perfect for enjoying the coastal Georgia outdoors.
