Parking: Two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the street. This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.

We drove into Savannah every day and to Tybee Island one day. It was extremely easy to get to as the highway was only a few miles away. Also, plenty of places to eat at - from upscale to fast food. Oscar was very responsive to any question we had. The house was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in and out process was seamless. The host checked in but was not overly communicating. Enjoyed the lake view each morning watching the birds. We had brought two dogs and the backyard setup worked perfectly. All rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. Some feedback would be to possibly add more or update the couch area. Also, when we arrived both trash bins were full too so limited space for our trash.
