Welcome to Polo Beach Club 703, a beautifully positioned two-bedroom, two-bath residence in the exclusive beachfront Polo Beach Club in Wailea. This comfortable and inviting condo offers partial ocean views, pool views, and a private lanai, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy Maui’s warm island breezes.
The spacious open living area flows seamlessly onto the private lanai, where you can enjoy morning coffee or sunsets while overlooking the pool and the sparkling Pacific beyond.
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with king beds, offering comfortable accommodations for couples or families traveling together. The two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for guests during their stay. * Please note, as of May 6th guest bedroom will have two twin beds that can convert to king upon request*
Located in the heart of Wailea’s premier resort community, Polo Beach Club offers direct access to the beach and is just minutes from world-class dining, championship golf courses, luxury spas, and shopping at The Shops at Wailea.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a white and blue parking pass in the unit for your vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, please stop by the AOAO office on-site for further instructions on where to park, as availability may vary depending on occupancy levels. Failure to park in designated areas may result in fines and towing.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
*Beginning August 5, 2026, a neighboring residence will be undergoing a remodel. In addition, the property will be completing exterior power washing and painting, which is currently expected to be completed by the end of October 2026. This timeline is subject to change. Noise levels are difficult to predict; however, there may be intermittent daytime disturbance. Please call us for the most current updates on these projects.
