Beautifully appointed ground floor penthouse. This unit is located in the highly sought after Wailea Beach Villas and is mere steps from all of the amenities the Villas have to offer. The lush tropical setting, open floor plan, and lanai make this the perfect Maui retreat.
The kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring a GE Profile™ 42" Smart refrigerator, granite countertops, and beautiful mahogany cabinets. The dining area has seating for six people with additional bar stool seating making it the perfect setup for entertaining friends and family. Wonderful glass sliders lead you from the dining area and living room to the beautiful lanai that is perfect for al fresco dining.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. The second primary bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a king-size bed. A semi-private bathroom sits adjacent with a combination shower/tub and a double marble-topped vanity. There is an additional den area that has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and has recently been updated with a blackout shade and slider doors to easily transition into an additional sleep space.
Amenities include flat-screen televisions in the main living room and all bedrooms, concierge services, valet parking, assigned self-parking, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fitness center, two pools with spas, and complimentary beach set-up.
Beachfront infinity pool and spa area are reserved for adults only. "Family" pool and fitness center are conveniently located right outside of the penthouse building. Beachside or in-unit massage available by appointment. Business center with internet and printer, restaurant delivery service (additional fees may apply), lounges and conference room for private events (additional fees apply), free secure Wi-Fi connection! Gated property ensures privacy and security.
Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort on Wailea Beach that is directly adjacent to The Shops at Wailea. This exclusive mall features designer shops and fabulous restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and The Island Gourmet Market all within a stone's throw!
Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on the property and may request a 2nd vehicle permit on an as-needed basis. Visitor(s) will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance. Any additional vehicles may be asked to park off-site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle.

The Wailea Beach Villas are beautiful and right on Wailea beach. The resort is well maintained with lovely landscaping. The pools are quiet and also well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a restful stay. There is no onsite restaurant or bar. But those are close by.
