Welcome to your newly renovated, adorable coastal cottage getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home — one side of a duplex — offers the perfect mix of comfort, character, and location, with ocean and Intracoastal. Waterway views from the upper decks and easy access to the sand.
The main level features a bright, open living space with a cathedral ceiling that creates an airy, relaxed coastal feel. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out with a spacious dining area, making it easy to gather for family meals, board games, or late-night conversations. Also on this level is a cozy guest bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bath, and a convenient laundry area.
Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms — one with a Queen bed and one with a Double bed — along with a shared full bathroom. Each space is welcoming and comfortably furnished, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.
Outdoor living is where this cottage truly shines. Enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes from the front and back upper and lower decks, relax in a rocker, or unwind on the three-season porch overlooking the private yard. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower or use the convenient foot shower. A gas grill, picnic table, and guest storage area make beach days and evening cookouts effortless.
Beach Access:
Located between 231–235 OBW. From the home, turn left and walk to Boyd Street, turn right, cross Ocean Boulevard, and stroll through the charming tree-lined archway directly onto the beach — a lovely walk that truly feels like vacation.
This home is pet-friendly with payment of a pet fee, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join in the fun.
