You're right along the French Broad, with the greenway and riverside paths close enough for a morning walk and the River Arts District just down the road — a stretch of old industrial buildings turned working studios, galleries, and taprooms where you can spend an entire afternoon and only cover half of it. Downtown Asheville is minutes away for dinner, live music, and the bookshops and bars along Lexington Avenue. The Biltmore Estate is a short drive, and the Blue Ridge Parkway puts overlooks, waterfalls, and trailheads within easy reach when you want the mountains up close instead of on the horizon. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
