Loved the early check in option. The property was so clean and worked perfectly for our weekend trip. We loved being right across the street from the swimming pond and even caught a few fish.

The property itself is in a great location the walking trails around the lake were beautiful and we had lovely weather! The description of amenities could be more detailed. Knowing for example there was a kuerig coffee machine and not an actual coffee machine, Better directions for using the thermostats and how they work would be great. The upstairs was freezing when I got there-the thermostat turned on the fireplace and I didn’t want to sleep with a fire on in the other room, the blankets weren’t very warm that night but the next day the managers sent a fluffy blanket, after we talked. We also had 6 guests and only 4 sets of silverware but they sent a new pack.I drying rack and more kitchen towels would be helpful. The dishes in the dishwasher were soaking wet afterwards not sure if the dishwasher needs soecific directions for setting it? The communications were great! There was a leak in the shower head that sprayed everywhere and the maintenance came and fixed right away. While he was there I realized the kitchen chairs hadn’t been fully screwed together and the legs really were wobbly so he fixed that too.Anyway overall it was great, wanted to communicate the issues so they could know about for other guests.

This was a great space- clean, serene, and inviting. Loved the area and the lake. Great for a couples getaway, girls weekend, or family meeting point. I am definitely staying here again.

The condo was a great location and nice layout. However, there were issues with the cleanliness. The dishwasher smelled awful and the filter was filled with mold and was leaving debris on the dishes. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the filter and rewashed all the dishes. Additionally, the only "blankets" on the beds were the comforters. There were no spare blankets, no spare sheets or extra pillows. This was a 10 day stay and there were no cleaning supplies available to even wipe down the countertops in the kitchen or bathroom. When I contacted Vacasa on some of the issues I did receive a response, however there was no follow through by the local team. We have stayed in Vrbo locations in this area before and have not had these issues.
