The Pale Morning Dun is located just 18 miles from Bozeman, MT.
This 7 person capacity house is in the small town of Manhattan, MT, and is perfectly located for those who like to fly fish or participate in other outdoor adventure activities and enjoy being in a small town neighborhood & local community. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months. There is no AC in the house, the temperature is managed by opening the windows at night and closing up during the heat of the day. There are multiple fans.
This is a strictly NON-SMOKING Property; no smoking is allowed in the house, on the porch, or in the yard.

-3 bedrooms (king and queen in bedroom upstairs, a queen in bdrm on main floor, a single in a bedroom on main floor)
-2 bathrooms with showers (1 in upstairs, 1 on main floor)
-Sleeps 4-7 (2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 single bed)
-No smoking, no pets
-Gas fireplace
-Washer & Dryer
-Fully furnished including linens
-WiFi (wireless internet) available in the house
-TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon services
-No phone available, but cell service works here
-Gas grill on front deck
-Additional services such as pre-stocking groceries, meal service, river shuttle service may be available
-Owners of the property live on-site in a separate house on the back of the property. Owners are available regularly for assistance during your stay. The back yard is reserved for owners and is separate from the guest house. The front yard, front porch and front entrance of the Pale Morning Dun is reserved for guests.

Fabulous place with wonderful hosts. Fantastic location. Quiet (except for an occasional train which we don't mind). Going back for another trip next year. Love the place.Rooms are spacious. Beds are extremely comfortable. Washer & dryer are in the house.

The Pale Morning Dun was ideal for my wife and I. We have family in Manhattan so the location was perfect. This home has a unique history and rustic charm. We really enjoyed the homey feel and our host, Joe, was friendly and attentive to our needs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and pantry well equipped. Walking distance to everything that this friendly town has to offer.

My family of 5 came from Arkansas for my reunion in Bozeman. This house was in a great area far enough away from the noise of Bozeman but close enough that getting there was easy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts answered our questions quickly. I have referred this house to several of my friends already who are interested in staying!!!! Would definitely stay again!
