Blending warm New Mexico charm with modern comfort, this mountain retreat places you just minutes from skiing, trails, dining, and year-round adventure.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming space designed for relaxation and connection. Warm up beside the wood-burning fireplace, unwind in plush recliners, or gather for movie nights after a full day on the slopes. Large windows and a private balcony invite in crisp mountain air, peaceful views, and frequent hummingbird sightings during warmer months.
Each condo comfortably accommodates families and groups with:
In ground floor unit, enjoy the following sleeping spaces:

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Two double beds
In the 2nd floor unit, your sleeping arrangement is as follows:
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds
Thoughtful amenities make longer stays easy, including a full-size washer and dryer, ample storage for ski gear, and comfort extras like an air purifier and space heater to keep the home cozy year-round.
Step outside to enjoy the private balcony or head to the communal grill area located just below the steps — perfect for casual outdoor meals. Well-behaved pets are welcome, so your four-legged companions can join the adventure.
Guests have full access to both condo units, WiFi, a charcoal grill area in the courtyard, and one unassigned parking spot. Please note that the unit is accessible via a small series of steps.

We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
