This is a beautiful 4bd/2ba home built in the 1950s, fully renovated in 2016 with all new appliances and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Roku and high speed WIFI also available. Just minutes away from the interstate, this home is located within the golden triangle of Tampa bay, right in the center of Down Town Tampa (20 min), Sarasota(45min) & St. Petersburg(45min), visit 2 of the top 10 beaches in the U.S., Siesta Key and Clearwater Beach. If your looking for a more quiet atmosphere, the Apollo Beach Preserve is 3 miles down the road where you can find a beautiful nature park and enjoy watching dolphins and sting rays in their natural habitat. Also, the manatee viewing center is a must see during the winter months. You can quickly access several restaurants as well as grocery stores located just minutes away.

• 🍽️ Please wash any dishes, pots, and pans after use (you can leave clean items in the dishwasher to dry)
• 🔥 If you use the grill, just give it a quick clean after
• 🔇 Quiet hours start at 10 PM (family neighborhood)
